“Mayans” follows two humanoid figures, a man and a woman walking through a desert canyon. They seems lonely travelers, but will soon be reached by an army of replicants all blazed by a solar station making light. A slow and hypnotic narrative of a lost world, an apocalyptic vision of a legacy from a past humanity.
